Registered Dental Hygienist – $50–$55/hr + 4 -Day Week (No Fridays)
About The Position
The Staff Pad is partnering with a well-established, family-friendly dental practice in the Minnetonka area to add a Registered Dental Hygienist to their growing team. This is a newly created position driven by patient demand — offering a supportive environment, strong culture, and a consistent weekday schedule. This is a growth position created to support increasing patient demand. You’ll play a key role in maintaining patient flow while helping shape the hygiene experience moving forward. The practice is a family-focused general dentistry practice with a strong community presence, a positive, collaborative environment with a tenured team, known for delivering quality care while maintaining a supportive workplace culture, and focuses on long-term team retention and patient relationships.
Requirements
- Registered Dental Hygienist with Minnesota licensure (or eligibility)
- Open to new graduates and experienced hygienists
- Positive, team-oriented, and patient-focused
- Comfortable in a collaborative, supportive environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Denticon is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope hygiene care, including: Prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
- X-rays, charting, and periodontal assessments
- Patient education and preventive care guidance
- Collaborate closely with dentists and team members
- Contribute to a positive, efficient patient experience
