About The Position

Old Greenwich Dental Center is seeking a skilled, organized, and personable Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their patient-centered practice. This position offers a competitive starting salary of $63-$64/hour with a monthly performance bonus, potentially earning up to $140,000+ annually. Requirements

Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Connecticut
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain before day one)
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, well-run dental office
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable commute to Old Greenwich, CT.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Open Dental software
Experience with Dexis or similar digital X-ray systems
Local Anesthesia license
Prior experience in a group practice or DSO setting

Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and SRP
1 Hour per recall appointment
Take and review digital X-rays using Dexis
Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and preventive care
Identify and document periodontal disease and treatment needs
Assist doctors during exams and communicate findings clearly
Maintain accurate, detailed patient records in Open Dental
Support a productive hygiene schedule and smooth patient flow
Promote adjunctive services (fluoride, whitening, etc.) in an ethical, patient-focused manner
