About The Position
An established dental practice in Encinitas, California, is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist for a full-time role. The hygienist will provide preventive and therapeutic care, build strong relationships with patients, and help them understand and maintain their oral health. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
- Current and active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to quality patient care and preventive dentistry.
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Provide thorough preventive and therapeutic hygiene care.
- Perform fluoride treatments and polish restorations as appropriate.

- Help patients understand their treatment needs and long-term oral health goals.
- Follow OSHA, HIPAA, dental board, and other applicable regulations and practice standards.
