About The Position
Kintegra Health is hiring Registered Dental Hygienists (RDHs) who are passionate about patient care and excited to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. As a key member of our dental care team, you’ll provide essential preventive services, educate patients on oral health, and support overall wellness—especially for those who need it most. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of North Carolina (required)
- CPR certification (required)
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality care
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings, oral screenings, fluoride applications, and sealants
- Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and overall health
- Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure high-quality care
- Participate in community outreach and patient education efforts
