About The Position

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Milton, WI Milton Family Dentistry is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Milton Family Dentistry: 311 Parkview Dr Milton WI 53563 Schedule: Monday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Tuesday 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM Wednesday 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Our dedicated team includes: One Lead Dentist (experienced) One Office Manager One PT Front Desk Coordinator Two FT Registered Dental Hygienists One FT Dental Assistant Compensation: $40-$60 per hour (commensurate with experience) Plus uncapped hygiene incentive ! Additional Information: PMS - Curve Time allotted for procedures NP - 90 min SRP per quad - 60 min Prophy - 60 min Average # of patients per day: 7-8 Morning Huddle We accept all insurance but are in network with Cigna & Delta Dental Premier There are no overhead lights in our hygiene op rooms--hygienists need to have their own loops with a light

Requirements

• Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of WI
• Anesthetic Certification preferred but not required
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR Certification
• Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Delivery of an exceptional patient experience
• Integrity-focused work ethic
• Team-player attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
