They are seeking a dependable, motivated Registered Dental Assistant to build a long-term career. This full-time position offers a starting pay of $25.00+ per hour and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, enjoys working with patients, and desires to be part of a supportive team that promotes from within. Training and support are provided for those experienced in orthodontics or transitioning from general dentistry.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Dental Assistant (state requirements apply)
• At least one year of dental experience
• Reliable with excellent attendance
• Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Orthodontic experience
• Digital scanner experience
• Passion for continuing education

Responsibilities

• Assisting chairside during orthodontic procedures
• Taking digital X-rays, intraoral scans, photos, and impressions
• Preparing treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments
• Sterilizing instruments according to OSHA standards
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Documenting clinical notes accurately
• Fabricating Essix retainers and assisting with laboratory procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
