About The Position

Henderson Smiles is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to help provide patient care and support dental treatment. The RDA welcomes and prepares patients for exams, takes digital X-rays, assists dentists during treatment, and helps maintain a sterile, organized clinical environment. The role also includes educating patients about treatment and aftercare, performing teeth polishing and sealant placement, managing appointments and patient care, and creating a warm atmosphere throughout each visit. Requirements

• Valid Texas-issued Registered Dental Assistant license.
• Proficiency in digital X-rays and charting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Sealant Placement certification; training is available for the right candidate.
• Nitrous Monitoring certification; training is available for the right candidate.
• Coronal Polishing certification; training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
