About The Position
Dallas Endodontics is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support its busy specialty practice. The role combines clinical and administrative support, with a focus on providing patients with a comfortable, informed, and well-cared-for experience. The position is full-time, with flexible hours of 30–35 hours per week and at least one day off each week. The practice describes a collaborative team environment focused on specialty dental care, continuous learning, and supporting employees’ success. Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Assistant license in Texas.
- Current radiology certification.
- CPR and BLS certification.
- At least 1–2 years of dental assisting experience.
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting program, if required by state law.
- Proficiency in sterilization protocols and infection control procedures.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of dental software and basic administrative tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Calm under pressure, organized, and eager to help patients and the team.

Responsibilities
- Greet and prepare patients for treatment.
- Assist the dentist with procedures using four-handed dentistry.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory.
- Take and develop dental radiographs in compliance with state regulations.
- Provide post-operative care instructions and oral hygiene education.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits.
- Manage patient records accurately and securely.
- Assist with insurance and payment processing.
- Support front desk and administrative functions as needed.
