About The Position
Premier Dental Center located in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our established family dental practice full-time! We offer a supportive team environment where everyone gets along and genuinely enjoys working together. You will have the opportunity to work with two fantastic doctors that are approachable and fun to be around. We are a highly-rated family dental practice with a loyal patient base and opportunities to learn and grow your skill set as a dental assistant.
Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Assistant license (RDA) in the state of TX
- 2+ years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in general dentistry
- Active CPR certification or willing to obtain
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Genuinely welcome patients into the practice
- Assist the dentist chairside with four-handed dentistry
- A thorough review and update of the patient's health history
- Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulations
- Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory
- Provide post-operative care instructions
- Assist with ordering and stocking supplies
