Dentists of West Columbia is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join a team focused on clinical excellence and creating lasting patient relationships. Requirements
- Be a Registered Dental Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist as necessary to help gain the patient’s commitment to the best possible treatment with urgency.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where patients feel comfortable.
- Complete patient X-rays and intra-oral pictures as appropriate and at the direction of the dentist.
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with American Dental Association guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with applicable state, federal, and other regulations and policies, including OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, and HR policies and practices.
