About The Position
Registered Dental Assistant Full- Time RDA needed for busy fun and friendly dental office. You can fully utilize your RDA skills, and Dental Assistant skills working with Pediatric Dentists, Orthodontists and Anesthesiologists. Requirements
- Certification from a dental college OR 3+ months related experience and/or training OR E quivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
- California Registered Dental Assistant License
- X-Ray Certification
- Coronal Polish Certification required
- Current BLS certification
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
- Sealant Certification, preferred
Responsibilities
- Assists the doctor in procedures
- Operated x-ray equipment and takes x-rays
- Prophy teeth
- Instructs patients on oral hygiene
- Chart and treatment plan with doctor
- Sterilizes instruments
- Setup and prepares rooms for hygiene and treatment
- Take IO's
- Charting
- Sealants, if applicable
