A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with a premier private dental practice in Downtown Los Angeles, CA, to identify an exceptional Registered Dental Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative, technology-driven private practice committed to delivering comprehensive dental care and an exceptional patient experience. We’re seeking an energetic, motivated Registered Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is passionate about clinical excellence. As an integral member of the clinical team, you’ll support multiple providers while helping create an efficient, productive, and patient-centered practice.

Requirements

  • Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification
  • Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience preferred
  • Experience assisting with cosmetic, restorative, crown & bridge, implant, and endodontic procedures
  • Digital radiography experience required
  • Strong understanding of OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care while contributing to practice growth, efficiency, and daily production goals

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Open Dental preferred
  • Experience with Dexis imaging systems preferred
  • Experience using an iTero digital scanner is a plus
  • Experience working in an MGE (Management by Objectives) practice or familiarity with MGE systems and practice philosophies is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide chairside assistance during cosmetic, restorative, implant, endodontic, and general dental procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and materials are ready before each appointment
  • Take digital radiographs, intraoral photographs, and digital impressions
  • Assist with patient education and post-operative instructions
  • Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain operatories
  • Support efficient patient flow and productive scheduling
  • Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience
  • Maintain accurate clinical charting and documentation
