Requirements
- Active California RDA License is required.
- Proven clinical experience as an RDA is necessary.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to learn new, non-traditional dental techniques.
Nice To Haves
- A strong interest or experience in holistic/biological dentistry is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level chairside assistance for a variety of restorative and holistic procedures.
- Utilize digital x-rays and advanced diagnostic tools.
- Ensure patient comfort and education throughout their visit.
- Maintain impeccable sterilization and clinical standards.
- Contribute to a seamless clinical flow and a positive office atmosphere.
