Requirements

Valid RDA License as required by the state
2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience
Comfortable speaking with patients

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish
Knowledge of Dentrix software
Knowledge of iTero Scanner
Coronal Polishing certification
Nitrous Oxide Sedation certification
Sealant certification
Radiology certification

Responsibilities

Provide chairside assistance to dentists during examinations and procedures.
Prepare patients for treatment by welcoming, seating, and draping them.
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
Perform coronal polishing, apply sealants, and administer nitrous oxide sedation as permitted.
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software.
Assist with patient scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
