Requirements
- Licensed as a Dental Assistant, according to state requirements
- At least one year of dental experience
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Assisting chairside during orthodontic procedures
- Taking digital X-rays, intraoral scans, photos, and impressions
- Preparing treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments
- Sterilizing instruments according to OSHA standards
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
- Documenting clinical notes accurately
- Fabricating Essix retainers and assisting with laboratory procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
