About The Position

Phinney Ridge Dental, supported by Mosaic Dental Collective, is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant to join its Seattle, Washington practice. The role supports the dentist during clinical procedures and helps ensure efficient, compassionate, patient-centered care. The assistant will prepare and sterilize rooms and instruments, take digital x-rays, maintain accurate patient records, and educate patients about post-operative care and oral health. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. The stated pay range is $28–$36 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, and training courses required by the state for certification, licensure, or registration.
• Certifications, licenses, or registrations mandated by the applicable state.
• Strong organization and attentiveness to patients’ needs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain procedures and educate patients.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and demonstrate a compassionate, caring demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a diverse dental team.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Nice To Haves

• Open Dental software experience is highly preferred.
