Responsibilities
- Front office management
- Greeting patients in a courteous and sensitive manner
- Scheduling appointments
- Assisting with the needs of our clients
- Billing and dental chart maintenance
- Conducting patient eligibility and financial screening for services as required by the county
- Acting as a patient advocate
- Performing duties necessary to treat the patient as reflected in the mission of AHF
- Lending a helpful hand to other members of the Downtown Dental staff
- Thinking of their role as collaborative, rather than exclusive
- Giving feedback to their manager about how service could be improved
- Adapting to various situations with ease
- Being flexible
