BLVD Dentistry & Orthodontics - Heights is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Houston, TX. We are a growing practice with a beautiful, modern office, a wonderful, growing patient population, an enthusiastic team, and a sincere dentist dedicated to quality care, customer service, and open communication.
Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas
- Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience preferred
- Knowledge of EagleSoft dental software is preferred
- Knowledge of dental instruments and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Ideal Certifications: Coronal Polishing, EFDA, N2O, and Radiology
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Assisted hygiene
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for appointments
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Take dental X-rays (as certified)
- Take digital impressions
- Educate patients on procedures and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment
