About The Position

Accent Dental, a practice supported by Mosaic Dental Collective in Bothell, Washington, is seeking an upbeat, dependable, and team-oriented Registered Dental Assistant. The RDA helps create a positive experience for patients and staff by supporting efficient clinical operations and providing compassionate patient care. The role offers access to ongoing growth opportunities and support through Mosaic Dental Collective’s network.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, five days per week. The listed pay range is $26–$35.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Specified training courses mandated by the state for certification, licensure, or registration.
• Certifications, licenses, or registrations mandated by the applicable state.
• Digital scanning experience is required.
• Strong organization and attentiveness to patients’ needs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain procedures and educate patients.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and demonstrate a compassionate, caring demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a diverse dental team.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Nice To Haves

• Three or more years of Registered Dental Assistant experience in a general dental office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a wide range of clinical procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize rooms and instruments.
• Take digital x-rays and maintain accurate patient records.
• Educate patients on post-operative care and oral health maintenance.
• Help keep the workday flowing with a proactive attitude.
• Offer calm reassurance to nervous patients.
