About The Position

Henderson Smiles is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant to support patient care and dental procedures. The role includes welcoming and preparing patients for exams, taking digital X-rays, assisting dentists with treatments, maintaining a sterile and organized clinical environment, educating patients about treatment options and aftercare, performing teeth polishing and sealant placement, and helping manage appointments and patient care. The assistant is expected to help create a warm, engaging experience for patients and uphold sterilization standards. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Valid Texas-issued Registered Dental Assistant license.
• Proficiency in digital X-rays and charting.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, and Coronal Polishing certifications; training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
