Requirements

• Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• 7+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience required
• Strong experience with crowns, implants, provisionals, and temporary restorations
• Ability to fabricate temporary restorations and assist with full-arch provisional cases
• Current CPR certification
• Radiology certification required
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Dentrix preferred
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus
• Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) and Coronal Polishing certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
• Assist with crown, bridge, implant, and restorative procedures
• Fabricate temporary restorations and provisionals
• Assist with full-arch provisional cases
• Take and process radiographs in accordance with state regulations
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical efficiency
• Ensure accurate documentation and patient records
• Deliver a positive and comfortable experience for every patient
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
