About The Position

Boston Mountain Rural Health Center is hiring a Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join their dental team in Yellville, Arkansas. The clinic has recently completed an expansion, and they are looking to build a stronger, larger dental team to serve the growing community. Requirements

• Current CPR Certification
• Nitrous Oxide certification (class + exam with passing grade)
• Prophy certification (class + exam with passing grade)
• X-ray certification (class + exam with passing grade)
• Minimum of two professional references from previous employer

Nice To Haves

• Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license preferred (On-the-job training available to obtain RDA licensure — experience required)
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Dependable, team-oriented professional who brings positivity, skill, and compassion

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures with efficiency and professionalism
• Provide exceptional chairside support and patient care
• Take and process dental radiographs
• Support nitrous oxide monitoring and preventive procedures
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient
