About The Position

We are looking for an excellent Registered Dental Assistant to join our Dental Practice! This is a full-time position with benefits and a monthly bonus. We are a fun, rapidly growing pediatric dental office that launched in 2002 with a mission to treat children as our own. Requirements

Familiarity with dental terminology, materials, medications, and instruments used during dental procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent.
X-Ray license required.
Must be a licensed Registered Dental Assistant.
Must be available to work 2 Saturdays a month.

Nice To Haves

Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Clean, sterilize instruments and set up trays.
Maintain and test equipment (sterilizer, x-ray dosimetry, x-ray processor, etc.).
Perform lab procedures such as pouring models.
Instruct patients in oral hygiene and preventive dental care education.
Perform charting activities and document exam findings in patient records.
Maintain clean, orderly, and well-stocked operatory and laboratory.
Safely perform all duties of protective protocols to ensure personal safety as well as the safety of others.
