We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions (RDA EF) to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to perform a wide range of dental procedures.

Requirements

• Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
• Certification in Expanded Functions (EF).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental assistant.
• Proficiency in dental software and digital radiography.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Perform expanded functions such as placing fillings, taking impressions, and applying sealants.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
