About The Position
PAM Health Dallas is hiring a Registered Clinical Dietitian for its new rehabilitation hospital in Dallas. The position involves planning regular and modified diets for patients of all ages as prescribed by the Medical Staff, visiting and counseling patients with nutritional needs, and participating in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs. The dietitian also assists with maintaining the department’s Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan.
Requirements
- Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Licensure by the state where the facility is located to practice Dietetics.
Nice To Haves
- Three years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Rehabilitation experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan regular and modified diets for patients of all ages as prescribed by the Medical Staff.
- Routinely visit patients and counsel those with nutritional needs.
- Participate in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs.
- Assist with maintaining the department’s Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan.
