About The Position
PAM Health cares for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. PAM Health has over 80 hospital locations and employs over 11,000 people across the country. Our teams work together to deliver the highest level of compassionate care ensuring the best possible outcome for our patients. This is a 13-week assignment.
Requirements
- Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Licensed by the State in which the facility resides to practice Dietetics.
- 3 years' experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Rehabilitation experiences a plus.
Responsibilities
- Planning regular and modified diets for all ages of patients as prescribed by Medical Staff.
- Routinely visiting patients.
- Counseling patients with nutritional needs.
- Participating in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs.
- Assisting with the maintenance of the department's Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan.
