About The Position

Miami Cerebral Palsy Residential Services (MCP), an affiliate of United Community Options, provides comprehensive residential, medical, and rehabilitation services in Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID). MCP provides safe, supportive homes in Miami-Dade County. MCP is seeking a Registered Clinical Dietitian licensed in Florida. The dietitian will provide nutritional care and collaborate with nurses, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans and optimize nutritional support. The role is full-time, with contract work also considered.

Requirements

Registered and licensed dietitian in the State of Florida.
Bachelor's degree in dietetics, foods, and nutrition.
At least 1 year of experience working with people with multiple developmental disabilities.
At least 2 years of experience working in an active care setting, such as an intermediate care facility, hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related facility.
Ability to perform patient assessments efficiently while maintaining compassionate communication tailored to individual needs.
Ability to use personal outcomes to deliver a Person-Centered Approach to service delivery.
