Requirements

• Active Series 7 license required; lapsed licenses cannot be re-registered.
• 5 or more years of experience in financial services.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• A long-term commitment to client service, not using the role as a temporary position before returning to production.

• Familiarity with AssetMark and Advicent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling requests and ensuring full resolution.
• Support meeting preparation by pulling account information, preparing notes, and organizing materials for advisors.
• Assist with new client onboarding and associated paperwork.
• Meet directly with clients in a service and planning capacity, with expanding responsibilities as familiarity with client accounts grows.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation.
• Ensure compliance tasks are completed correctly and on schedule.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors, CSAs, and Sales Assistants to ensure smooth operations.

• Base salary: $77,000-$95,000 DOE
