About The Position

Join Thrive Hive ABA as a Registered Behavioral Therapist / Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT). This role involves providing one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance, and collaborating with families and the clinical team to help children achieve their goals.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current RBT / BT certification (if BT, 40-hour course would need to have been completed in last 60 days)

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children with autism preferred
• Passion for helping children and families thrive

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home ABA therapy sessions to children with autism
• Follow individualized treatment plans and record session progress
• Collect and maintain accurate data for each client
• Communicate effectively with families and supervisors
• Participate in training and professional development
