About The Position

Thrive Hive ABA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! In this role, you will provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, working directly with clients and their families to implement individualized treatment plans. If you are committed to making a meaningful impact in children’s lives and enjoy working in a family-centered, ethical, and collaborative environment, we want to hear from you! As an RBT/BT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance. You’ll collaborate with families and our clinical team to help children reach meaningful goals while building your professional skills.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18
• High school diploma or equivalent
• current RBT / BT certification (If BT, 40-hour course would need to have been completed in last 60 days)

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children with autism preferred
• Passion for helping children and families thrive

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home ABA therapy sessions to children with autism
• Follow individualized treatment plans and record session progress
• Collect and maintain accurate data for each client
