The technician will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of intervention based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as well as analysis of data and notation of progress with data. The Behavior Technician will ideally have experience in a field of study related to human services (education, psychology, communication disorders, sociology, or other) and/or have experience working with children with disabilities. The Behavior Technician will be performing various physical activities up to 80% of the day to ensure maximum safety for themselves, clients, and others as well as provide effective therapy.
