About The Position

Alpha & Omega Kids is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and related developmental disabilities in Ft Belvoir, Virginia. We are seeking reliable, motivated professionals who are comfortable working independently in family homes while receiving consistent supervision from a BCBA. Cases are available between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, with afternoon availability needed. Consistent weekly assignments are provided.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Access to a mobile device for documentation
• High school diploma
• Must pass background screening
• Willingness to accept supervision and feedback

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children strongly preferred
• RBT certification is strongly preferred but not required. Candidates must be willing to obtain certification if not already credentialed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the child’s home
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record session data using a mobile device
• Write clear, accurate session notes
• Support development of communication, behavior regulation, and daily living skills
• Maintain professionalism with families and caregivers
