About The Position

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking individuals with a passion for working with children to become Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs). We offer paid training to guide you through the process step-by-step. This role involves providing in-home or center-based ABA therapy to children with autism, helping them develop essential skills such as behavior management, toileting, feeding, compliance, and other developmental and educational tasks. Requirements

Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
Valid state identification card
Reliable transportation
Must pass a criminal background check
Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments
Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
Data collection and session note submission
Collaborate with peers and supervisors
Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
Commute from each location with a vehicle and valid driver's license and be prompt to appointments
Other duties as assigned
