About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for one client in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. The schedule is Monday and Wednesday afternoons, approximately 6 hours per week. This posting is for a single client case, meaning the hours and days specified are the actual hours for this role. Exact session times are Monday 3-6pm and Wednesday 2-5pm. A BCBA is already assigned to this client and covers this region, providing a treatment plan and a handoff before the first session. Current RBTs are given priority for new cases. Step Ahead ABA supports families on Medicaid across Hawaii, ensuring access to therapy regardless of income. Each family receives a dedicated care manager and a schedule tailored to their real week, not a corporate hours target. The role involves delivering 97153 direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA. Supervision includes in-session QA and IOA checks, observation, and feedback. The RBT will collect session data and submit notes. Non-billable time is paid at $16 per hour. The company's BCBAs and clinical directors have over 40 years of combined clinical and operational ABA experience.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon/Wed afternoons, about 6 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
