As part of our in-home ABA team, you'll work directly with children in their natural environment-at home-where your impact is immediate and meaningful. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within your service area
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
Nice To Haves
- ABA experience is a plus
- Already certified as an RBT
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
- Track progress, celebrate breakthroughs (big and small), and keep families updated on how their child is doing.
- Conduct sessions in clients' homes.
- Work independently while staying connected with your clinical team.
