About The Position
In Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes. This role requires the ability to commute from home to home and travel between clients. The ideal candidate is dedicated, highly independent, self-motivated, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional in-home ABA therapy.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
