In Home Registered Behavior Technician
About The Position
Rising Spurs is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a client located in Dallas, TX (ZIP 75253). This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children thrive and committed to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA services. At Rising Spurs, you will join a collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to supporting children and families through evidence-based and compassionate care. Case Details Location: Dallas, TX 75253 Therapy Approved: 27 hours per week Schedule: Monday & Wednesday: 1:30–7:00 PM Tuesday & Thursday: 3:00–7:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM ABA Squad is founded and led by behavior analysts. Join Our Team ABA Squad is a growing and team-oriented ABA clinical company that provides high quality, ethically oriented applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professionals training. Our clinical team is comprised of energetic and enthusiastic individuals, who are passionate and dedicated to the field of behavior analysis. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field)
- Experience working with children preferred (ABA experience a plus)
- Willingness to complete RBT training and certification (if not already certified)
- Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for supporting children with developmental differences
Nice To Haves
- RBT certification preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Collect accurate data and maintain session documentation
- Prepare therapy materials and activities
- Model strategies and collaborate with families
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training
