About The Position

Rising Spurs is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a client located in Dallas, TX (ZIP 75253). This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children thrive and committed to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA services. At Rising Spurs, you will join a collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to supporting children and families through evidence-based and compassionate care. Case Details Location: Dallas, TX 75253 Therapy Approved: 27 hours per week Schedule: Monday & Wednesday: 1:30–7:00 PM Tuesday & Thursday: 3:00–7:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM ABA Squad is founded and led by behavior analysts. Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professionals training. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field)
  • Experience working with children preferred (ABA experience a plus)
  • Willingness to complete RBT training and certification (if not already certified)
  • Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred
  • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for supporting children with developmental differences

Nice To Haves

  • RBT certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
  • Collect accurate data and maintain session documentation
  • Prepare therapy materials and activities
  • Model strategies and collaborate with families
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training
