Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to teach young children affected by autism. This is a permanent part-time opportunity (10-20 hours on average) to make a significant impact on a child's life. The role involves working directly with the child and their family in their natural environment, typically their home, to teach essential skills such as communication, sharing, playing, and waiting. RBTs at Butterfly Effects make sessions fun by using play-based activities and receive comprehensive training to ensure confidence in instructing children affected by autism. The company fosters a welcoming environment with a leadership team that supports individual growth and potential, aiming for employees to enjoy their work and feel valued, respected, and heard.
