In Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
About The Position
In Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes. This role requires the ability to commute from home to home and implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, track progress, and support families. The ideal candidate is dedicated, highly independent, self-motivated, reliable, and confident in managing their time and responsibilities while traveling between clients. Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
