About The Position

The Treetop Therapy is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in clinic settings. This role involves working one-on-one with children to help them build essential skills and achieve greater independence. The position is based in a clinic setting, with some potential for in-home sessions, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The company emphasizes clinical excellence, collaboration, and personal growth, aiming to make a real impact in the lives of children and families.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children across different ages and abilities

Nice To Haves

• TRICARE certification
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clinic and/or in home
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals
• Track and document progress using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team
