About The Position

At Inner Circle Autism Network, the mission is to provide high-quality, child-centered ABA therapy for children and their families, creating a safe, fun, and individualized learning experience. As a multidisciplinary, collaborative, and energetic team, they foster a positive and supportive environment for both employees and clients. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will play a vital role in delivering exceptional ABA therapy services to children with developmental and behavioral challenges. The company welcomes individuals with or without prior experience, providing comprehensive training to all successful candidates to become certified RBTs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • No prior experience or RBT certification required; comprehensive training is offered to all successful candidates.
  • A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team and families.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the team of professionals to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children, tailoring approaches to meet their individual needs and preferences.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques and positive reinforcement to teach adaptive skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Record and maintain accurate data on client progress to facilitate effective treatment planning.
  • Foster a warm and supportive rapport with clients and their families to create a nurturing therapeutic environment.
