Registered Behavior Technician-Pooler Location
About The Position
At ABLE Kids, we are looking for energetic, caring, and dedicated individuals to join us as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We believe in changing lives through compassion, fun, and teamwork. We provide hands-on training to get you certified if you are not already. You will be helping amazing kids ages 2-6 grow, learn, and thrive through one-on-one ABA therapy. This role offers a competitive pay, guaranteed 40-hour work week, a workplace that values work-life balance, a full benefits package, and paid time off. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:25 AM – 4:30 PM, with no weekends.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- A heart for kids and a passion for helping others
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- Willingness to get CPR certified and pass a background check
- RBT certification OR the willingness to train and earn it with us (we cover the cost!)
