About The Position

Requirements

Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations.
RBT Certification (Required)

Pediatrics: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior intervention programs as outlined by the BCBA.
Conduct direct, one-on-one sessions with clients in various settings (home, clinic, community).
Collect and record data on client progress.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
