About The Position

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement individualized behavior plans, collect accurate data, and contribute to the progress and well-being of each client. This role is ideal for an RBT who enjoys collaboration, values consistency, and wants to grow within a stable, mission-focused organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current RBT certification (BACB), in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of ABA or IDD experience
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, including DTT and NET
  • Comfortable receiving and applying feedback
  • Ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work on the floor, move up/down stairs, and remain active throughout the day

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision
  • Deliver consistent, clinic-based therapy sessions
  • Collect and document session data accurately
  • Participate in training and supervision meetings
  • Maintain open communication with BCBAs and clinic staff
  • Follow ethical and billing practices with attention to detail
