Requirements
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification (we'll help guide you through the process).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client locations, if applicable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
- Ability to successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, school, and/or community settings, depending on assignment.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect session data and complete documentation using our electronic data collection system.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support client progress.
- Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.
- Maintain professionalism while delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
