Requirements

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification (we'll help guide you through the process).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client locations, if applicable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, school, and/or community settings, depending on assignment.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect session data and complete documentation using our electronic data collection system.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support client progress.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.
  • Maintain professionalism while delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
