About The Position
The Treetop is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with children in their natural environment, providing in-home ABA therapy. The company supports both new and experienced RBTs with training, supervision, and career development. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within the service area.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license.
- Auto insurance.
Nice To Haves
- RBT certification.
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences.
- Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
- Track progress and celebrate breakthroughs.
- Keep families updated on their child's progress.
- Travel to clients' homes to conduct therapy sessions.
- Work independently while staying connected with the clinical team.
