About The Position
The Registered Behavior Technician will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-home behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will focus on implementing personalized behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress and serving a critical role as the primary one-to-one resource for clients and families. Join us in this full-time Registered Behavior Technician role with an expected compensation range of $22 to $28 per hour.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
- Experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a home or center-based ABA setting with children on the autism spectrum.
- Experience with children ages 2-12 years old.
- Must have reliable transportation and mobile phone.
- Willing to work in various settings: home, community, school, and center, Monday through Friday and potential weekends.

- Bilingual, English and Spanish speaking a plus.
