Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Current RBT certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
- Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with children preferred
- Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation preferred
- Fluent in Chinese or Tagalog preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings
- Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
- Ensure that each client’s individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA
- Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA
