Requirements

• Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician
• Available full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
• High school diploma or GED
• Love working with kids and have a knack for creativity and patience
• At least 18 years old and ready to make an impact

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills.
• Track progress.
• Celebrate every win (big or small).
• Be a part of a child’s journey toward greater independence and confidence.
