About The Position

Project Play is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for their Middle TN school-based and clinic-based teams. This role is crucial in helping students achieve their full potential by delivering high-quality, individualized, and compassionate services under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The ideal candidate is passionate, creative, and collaborative, utilizing critical thinking skills to support clients and their systems. As an RBT at Project Play, you will be instrumental in making a significant community impact and advancing the ABA field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree
  • Willingness and ability to complete requirements to become a Registered Behavior Technician through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board during the first 3 months of employment
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong organization skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Belief that all children can reach their fullest potential with the right supports

Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality services by implementing behavioral change therapy with significant BCBA supervision
  • Creatively engaging students in skill-building activities
  • Collaborating with the treatment team to collect data and produce reports to show the impact of services and achievement of outcomes
  • Upholding BACB Ethics code for RBTs
